Dr. Locs’ Imani Locking Spray (16 oz) A Natural, Alcohol-Free Hold for Locs

Provides a firm, non-drying hold without buildup
Made with chamomile tea for gentle hydration
Ideal for grooming, retwisting, and rehydrating locs
Works great on locs, dreds, and dreadlocks
Pairs perfectly with Jinan Moisture Mix for:

Instructions: Wash locs. Shake well. Spray on new growth and groom locs as normal. Works best with Dr. Locs’ Jinan Leave-In Conditioner. Allow locs to dry under a dryer. Locs will hold in place without build-up.

Great hold

I interlock but will retwist the front for styles between interlocking. This spray is a moisturizer with a fantastic hold. I don’t need to use any gels. I sometimes use this as an edge control for my edges with a brush and place a scarf for a few minutes. When I get my hair done, I take this with me and my stylist uses it instead of her gels because they all make my scalp very itchy after a day or so.

I used this spray for years on both sets of my locs and absolutely love it. Im about to start my 3rd set this is the only thing I want to use to start them. Highly recommend it smells good, a little goes a long way, and it leaves zero build up. 10/10

Will this work on baby locs? I just started my locs.

Yes. Dr Locs products were formulated for all hair types and loc journey stages by a loctician 10 years ago.

Are Dr Locs products natural?

Our products are 100% vegan.

What makes Dr Locs products different from other hair products?

Our products were created by the Founder, an Atlanta loctician, in 2013 to solve the issues she had with her client's locs.

The concerns of the loc community were heard, understood, and solved by someone in the the industry rather than someone just wanting to make money.

How long does it take to ship?

We are not a major manufacturing facility. Our staff is small including the Founder making the products with love, premium ingredients and effort. Right now, as brand awareness has risen, our shipping times are 7-10 business days.

Helped loctition install my loc extensions
My hair was a finer grade and slipping until this spray which gave it a nice hold for crochet attachment, especially since some tufts of my hair were super short and hard to attach to!!! My loctition was so pleased she commented that now the installation process will now be so much quicker and then asked where to buy so she can use from now on for her lock clients!!!
