Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders over $1,000 within the U.S.
For each Tier, may mix different products within my order to reach a Tier?
Yes. All that matters is your total to reach the Tier minimum.
Are you processing orders on Faire.com still?
No. We've received feedback from our Retailers that they would prefer to do business directly with Dr Locs. However, if you'd like to work on Faire.com, we're interested in working with you. However, the Tier set up will not be used there.
What if unit or units are damaged during shipping or missing?
Just reach out to us via email or phone and we'll gladly reship the damaged or missing items.
How long has Dr Locs been in business?
We were established in 2013. Chimere Faulk, the owner, formulated and started selling her products to her clients that year and drlocs.com, was open for business to the public in 2015. She tested and perfected the line for 2 years before announcing the line to the world.
What makes Dr Locs so different?
While the world was opening up to the new natural hair world in the early 2000s, Chimere was servicing the loc community noticing a need-----the products that were created for locs weren't helpful for her clients. They were all experiencing heavy buildup in their locs and Chimere remembers having this same experience when she had her locs for 10 years.
So to answer this question; there was a passion from a loc professional to solve a problem. And she wasn't originally trying to start a business. It was purely out of trying to help her clients and solving an issue she was having while servicing clients.
While oftentimes, products are created while a trend is happening, Dr Locs was created before the big "loc boom" while most were concerned about loose natural products. Dr Locs continues to serve the needs of the loc community.
Are Dr Locs only for people with locs?
Nope. While the marketing strategy of most natural hair products is to sell to the general public (loose naturals) and offer a few products to people with locs---Dr Locs does something different. We are created and marketing towards the loc community and we offer things that the loose natural community can use as well.

We are our own manufacture. Everything is in-house and direct from us.
What are some recommendations for Dr Locs Retailers?
